{"id":359,"date":"2023-07-31T15:07:45","date_gmt":"2023-07-31T12:07:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/changec.org\/?post_type=portfolio&#038;p=359"},"modified":"2023-09-11T14:30:00","modified_gmt":"2023-09-11T11:30:00","slug":"komunikaczijna-kampaniya-shhodo-rezultativ-reform-u-doneczkij-luganskij-oblastyah-ta-misti-herson","status":"publish","type":"portfolio","link":"https:\/\/changec.org\/en\/portfolio\/komunikaczijna-kampaniya-shhodo-rezultativ-reform-u-doneczkij-luganskij-oblastyah-ta-misti-herson\/","title":{"rendered":"Communication campaign regarding the results of reforms in Donetsk, Luhansk regions and the city of Kherson"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-361\" src=\"https:\/\/changec.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/dg-east-1-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"2560\" height=\"1573\" srcset=\"https:\/\/changec.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/dg-east-1-scaled.jpg 2560w, https:\/\/changec.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/dg-east-1-300x184.jpg 300w, https:\/\/changec.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/dg-east-1-1024x629.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/changec.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/dg-east-1-768x472.jpg 768w, https:\/\/changec.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/dg-east-1-1536x944.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/changec.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/dg-east-1-2048x1258.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 2560px) 100vw, 2560px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Tasks:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To increase the awareness of residents of 8 cities of Luhansk, 8 cities of Donetsk oblasts and the city of Kherson about the positive impact of decentralization and education reforms on people&#8217;s lives.<\/li>\n<li>To popularize the positive changes taking place in Ukraine among people living in territories not controlled by the Government of Ukraine, and to show the benefits of maintaining ties with Ukraine.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Solutions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conducting quantitative sociological research before and after the campaign to measure the level of awareness.<\/li>\n<li>Development of three creative ideas for conducting a communication campaign, conducting qualitative sociological research for testing and choosing the best creative idea.<\/li>\n<li>Collection and verification of facts about the impact of reforms on each city in cooperation with local self-government bodies.<\/li>\n<li>Adaptation of creative campaign products to the data of each of the 17 cities: in each city, advertising products contained their own list of positive changes.<\/li>\n<li>Planning and conducting a campaign on outdoor advertising media and a campaign on Google and social networks YouTube, Facebook and Instagram using videos and banners of various formats.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Results:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The campaign covered 18% of the Kherson population and 24% in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions &#8211; 13 million people, which is 4 times higher than planned.<\/li>\n<li>The campaign received 180 million views, which is 3 times more than expected.<\/li>\n<li>The percentage of people who associate changes with decentralization reforms in Kherson increased from 48% to 64%, in Donetsk and Luhansk regions from 59% to 67%.
