{"id":460,"date":"2023-06-23T02:42:31","date_gmt":"2023-06-22T23:42:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/changec.org\/?post_type=portfolio&#038;p=460"},"modified":"2023-09-05T20:20:23","modified_gmt":"2023-09-05T17:20:23","slug":"rozrobka-komunikaczijnoyi-strategiyi-dlya-derzhavnoyi-sluzhby-z-pytan-praczi","status":"publish","type":"portfolio","link":"https:\/\/changec.org\/en\/portfolio\/rozrobka-komunikaczijnoyi-strategiyi-dlya-derzhavnoyi-sluzhby-z-pytan-praczi\/","title":{"rendered":"Development of a communication strategy for the State Labor Service"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-343\" src=\"https:\/\/changec.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/ilo_sls-strategy-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"2560\" height=\"1573\" srcset=\"https:\/\/changec.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/ilo_sls-strategy-scaled.jpg 2560w, https:\/\/changec.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/ilo_sls-strategy-300x184.jpg 300w, https:\/\/changec.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/ilo_sls-strategy-1024x629.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/changec.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/ilo_sls-strategy-768x472.jpg 768w, https:\/\/changec.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/ilo_sls-strategy-1536x944.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/changec.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/ilo_sls-strategy-2048x1258.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 2560px) 100vw, 2560px\" \/><strong>Task:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To develop a communication strategy and a plan for its implementation for 3 years for the State Labor Service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Solution:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A situational analysis of the State Labor Service&#8217;s communication activities was conducted.<\/li>\n<li>The current communication activity of State Labor and its perception by key stakeholders was analyzed.<\/li>\n<li>The mission and positioning of the organization is formulated.<\/li>\n<li>Developed key messages for each audience.<\/li>\n<li>The structure of external and internal communication has been developed.<\/li>\n<li>The new visual identity of the State Labor Service was developed and tested in focus groups: logo, font, slogan.<\/li>\n<li>Recommendations for the creation of informational materials for the State Labor Service were developed.<\/li>\n<li>Recommendations have been developed regarding the visual update of the State Ministry of Labor portal.<\/li>\n<li>A 3-year communication strategy implementation plan was developed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Results:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The leadership of the State Labor Service adopted the proposed updated positioning, mission, new logo and slogan, as well as a complete set of visual identity elements of the Service.<\/li>\n<li>The management of State Labor accepted the proposed communication strategy and the plan for its implementation.<\/li>\n<li>Employees of the Service implemented the recommendations regarding the visual update of the <a href=\"https:\/\/pratsia.in.ua\/index.php\">portal of the Ministry of Labor.<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Created and launched the image campaign <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/dsp.gov.ua\/posts\/pfbid0cMAudGTL3caKQWPXCEgUwMD7EMfU5saADAz3jyLuSpb6FC8UXUyadHMRPD8gBiPVl\">&#8220;Ukraine works&#8221;<\/a> regarding work during martial law as one of the elements of the communication strategy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Partners and beneficiares:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The project was implemented by Change Communications experts.
