Tasks:
- To prepare and conduct a turnkey event on the territory of the President Hotel Kyiv in compliance with anti-Covid requirements.
- To organize simultaneous translation for foreign guests.
- To organize and coordinate logistics and registration of event participants.
- To organize photo and video shooting.
- To prepare printed materials and souvenir products.
Results:
- More than 90 guests attended the event.
- Photo report of the event.
